So I've had a few blogs, a few separate online identities. Each I've eventually stopped writing on and grown bored of. Part of me thinks it's because I've attempted to divide my interests (personal, home, hobby, work, etc etc) - but I'm learning that these things all blend together, overlap...it's not possible to keep it all in pretty little compartments. I quit my other blogs, all my online profiles (including Facebook) - and for a little while, it was nice. I've missed it though - writing it down, tracking things from a dream to a design to an implementation. Seeing it come to fruition and sharing it along the way (though to be honest, comments have always been pretty minimal). So if you're sitting there, wondering what it is about my blog that might seem a bit familiar maybe you've hit upon my old blogs and stayed a while ;)
With that, let me introduce myself. I'm an opinionated civil servant with too many hobbies - I'm happily married (to an incredibly attractive/interesting/smart man that I talk too much about) and have just became a mom (surprise! it was planned though I still find it shocking). There's more to me than that, of course...I hope you stick around and see :)
